If the Customer Received an Item in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered, please mail us at Silkenthreads860@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the damaged product.

EXCHANGE & Refund

• Exchange requests is to be placed within 7 Days of product delivery.
• Customers can go to their Order Detail page from My Account section and can place Exchange Request. The Exchange request button will only be available for 7 days after the Product gets delivered.
• If you're facing any Difficulties in requesting Exchange you can either contact us on our care number +91 7905172406 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week, or mail us at Silkenthreads860@gmail.com .
• In case of Extra amount you'll get full refund via the payment link we'll share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or Net banking.
• You'll Will Receive Refund Within 24 hours after the Exchange Product Reaches our Warehouse.
• Customers will be allowed to initiate Exchange free of charge only once; however, any subsequent returns/Exchange will incur an additional fee of ₹150 per Item.
